Parks, hikes, birdwatching in February

Spending two weeks at beginning of February. Interested in walks, visiting parks, etc. Is it too early for bird migration? Any suggestions for other activities? We will have a car.

For birdwatching try Madera Canyon.

Madera Canyon is very near Green Valley. For some more info on birding:

Also, over in Cochise County the sandhill cranes may still be here. Last year there were 40,000 of them. The best place to see them is Whitewater Draw which can be found near the little town of McNeal and is in Google.
