Hey CMG, who did you book with? Or did you do seperate flight and hotel? NoliTours was the only all-inclusive package dealer we could find from Toronto. Haven't booked yet but we are this weekend to go March 15th.

Isn't the website that CMcG posted for the wrong Laguna Mar? I believe that particular resort is in Trinidad/Tobago.

never stayed a laguna mar but this will be my 4th trip to isle margarita, lots of fun and cheap, if they tell you it is 5 star if your from ontario expect 3 star, but that is not a bad thing a clean 3 star is just as fun, there lifestyle is just different and more laid back than ours, we usually stay at the hilton , there are lots of small villas to stay at as well., very safe to tour at night unless you are in rually areas that may be not well lite,

if your looking for all-inclusive this is mabe a 3 star choose, it's not expensive there

a good room for $50.00 can and pay in bs. it will cost less , at that price you are on the beach and a beer is $.50cents, we travel no all-inclusive and spend, 1000.00 bucks a wk

incl the hotel and spending money our flight is 1600.00 total cost incl spending money is

2600.00 for 2 wks and that going to the casino every night, very cheap.

have fun kim

For COKECHICK..

It was through a travel agency here in Cambridge but the package was with Nolitours.

The past few years we've been doing the "all inclusive" thing and I love it. All I have to do is show up at the airport with my shorts and bathing suit and a few bucks for tips and a tour (if I feel like it).

We're definitely doing the jeep safari tour. I like the idea of the AI, but I'm not someone who can sit on the beach for 7 days. Have to be moving.

I actually did read somewhere on these forums that 80% of the business on MI comes from the mainlanders. I guess that's why there are hardly any package providers from here. Guess they just don't need the international business that badly.

CMG, you'll have a great time I'm sure! Can't wait to hear all about it when you get back.
