Lunch

A couple friends and I will be spending the day in Laguna and are looking for a good lunch spot to stop at. Something not too terribly expensive but doesn't have to be really cheap. We like seafood but aren't picky at all. Also please mention any cool shops or things to take a look at while we around. Thanks!

Nick's Laguna Beach

Rooftop Lounge (nice views)...it's about a 10-15 minute walk from center of town, watermac is also good.

Nick's Laguna Beach or Cafe Zoolu. Nick's has the better location by a little bit because it is in the heart of downtown, but Cafe Zoolu is just a couple of blocks south.

Forest Ave and Ocean Ave are the best streets for shops along with those on PCH.

230 Forest is a very good restaurant in downtown Laguna. They have a really good ahi dish there and a nice varied menu. You can book this restaurant on opentable. Enjoy your time in Laguna Beach! :)

The Rooftop Lounge would be a fun place to dine above the Ocean and they have some seafood on the lunch menu. http://www.rooftoplagunabeach.com/

I also would suggest the patio at Sapphire. You can see the ocean and the food is outstanding. http://www.sapphirellc.com/

Nicks is a good place- it has some variety and isn't too expensive. Plus, it is nearby all of the downtown shops that are cool to go to. If you want to be near the ocean, go to the Rooftop Lounge on top of La Casa deal Camino- you can see the ocean, and again, is not too expensive and has some variety. -Evan
