Cooking Classes

Are there any classes in the Napa Valley where you can either get involved in cooking then eat what you cook. Or watch a cooking demonstration and then eat what's cooked. I. E. a lunch menu with recipes than you eat the lunch?

Go to copia.org. Click on Julia's Kitchen. They have daily food programs. In May it is on artisan cheeses, in June it's about creme fraiche. I don't think they have actual cooking classes, but poke around the website and see what you can find.

Check out the CIA (Culinary Institute of America):

Ramekins in Sonoma also has classes:

Please note that many of their classes sell out weeks in advance.

We're working on a culinary tour of the Napa Valley, and will post updates to these forums.
