My sister and I will be heading up to CT this coming weekend for a Girls' Weekend of sorts (as part of attending a festival). The festival itself is in Washington Depot, but we are staying in Southbury. I'm wondering what towns we may hit driving from our hotel in Southbury to the festival in Washington Depot that might be worth stopping at - we're both fans of small town charm, little trinket shops, antiques, bookstores and eating...any recommendations of restaurants or places to check out would be most appreciated!
