Small condo or cottage complex

I'm trying to plan a trip for my large family in June. There are 25 of us and we are looking to rent 6-7 units (depending on the size) preferably on the beach. I'm trying to find a complex that we could rent completely with a pool and at least one unit that allows pets (small well-behaved dog). Any thoughts??

I was thinking about La Costa and giving Dan Talley a call but then I saw that you are looking for a place that allows pets...

That will be a problem along the beach.

Not sure but I bet your chances along the bay are better (not very good thou)

Tradewinds, across from the beach at LaCosta allows pets, on leash. Dogs are not allowed on the beach side. Tradewinds is cottages, not sure how many, but think most are one bedroom.

Tradeswinds is a great choice, they have several cottages and a lovely pool area. Also I believe Queens Gates may allow pets too.

I agree.Tradewinds would be perfect.There is about 35

apartments in 2 or 3 unit cottages, and a nice large pool

area. Its a short walk across the road to the beach and it

sits right on the bay with a long fishing pier. The free trolley

stops right in front of the resort which would be handy for a

party of 25 to explore the island.
