Miami Cruise Port Offsite Parking

We're cruising out of Miami in late June. We like parking our car at offsite lots near the cruise port as opposed to hotel parking packages.

Does anybody have any insights on the following companies: United Airport Parking; Port of Miami Cruise Parking; or Global Airport Parking? Or other suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

At the current time there isn't a safe, reliable off site lot for cruise parking in downtown Miami.

Thanks for the feedback. We're planning to use a hotel package.

Well it is cheap and our car was not broken into during the 3 nights, however skip their round trip shuttle for $7 per person. When going to the port, I had to wait 25 mins for the shuttle to be over packed with people then they never came to get us at the port on our return. I had called 3 times and waited 50 mins before taking a taxi for $10 plus tip. The guy at the lot was rude when we returned in our taxi. He said I just work at the lot, I don't pick up people! He tried to help load our luggage in our car and I told him to get away, I didn't want him to expect a tip too! He then told me that I must have had a bad night and was taking it out on him! No apology from him for leaving me with an elderly person at the port for over an hour!

There are homeless people outside of the fenced in lot. I have no idea what goes on there overnight, but we were lucky that our car wasn't broken into or stolen during our trip I guess. I'm posting this because I promised the guy at the lot I would post this on Trip Advisor and let others know to stay away!

We used Port of Miami Cruise Parking portofmiamicruiseparking.com and had no issues, $4.50 a day plus $5 for the shuttle.
