tollroads from MCO to Daytona back to Orlando

Hi,

we are landing in MCO, heading to Daytona, and then back to an Orlando hotel. I know that from Orlando to MCO and back there are toll roads, but you can pay cash. How about from MCO to Daytona are there tolls and are they cashless?

No, they are not cashless. The two toll roads you need to look at are the 417 to Sanford and the 528 to the 417.

Only if you want the convenience of not having to stop. There are going to be a few toll plazas on the way to Sanford. 417 is a hell of a lot better than I-4 though.

417 is a splendidly designed new road.

You don't NEED it. It seems like an expensive extravagance to me.
