Beach rules?

Can you have small fire on Port St Joe area beaches for s’mores at night?

May canopies be left up overnight?

Fireworks allowed on the beach? Does Port St Joe hold a firework display?

Check out Gulf County rules at website above. Nothing left on beaches overnight. Most fireworks are illegal in Florida.

They have fireworks occasionally for the New Year- depends on what's in the coffers. If they are not able to have NYE fireworks you can travel over to Panama City Beach if you really want to see them. You cannot and should not do your own show with fireworks bought at roadside stalls or grocery stores. It is illegal - why venders and stores are allowed to sell them is beyond me.
