No, not really. What are you looking for? A place to watch a ball game?

That will be a game that is on local TV, so you could watch it from your hotel room. If you want the "sports bar" ambiance, then you will need to drive to Athens or Conyers --- there may be something at Lake Oconee, but I do not know that area well enough to advise (there is a HOOTERs in Conyers; and Athens -- well that speaks for itself -- unless you are a TN fan).

We have several restaurants in Downtown Madison where you can watch the game on September 27th. There is the Madison Chop House Grille, Amici's Italian Cafe', Ricardo's Kouzzina and Town 220. Any of these would be nice and they offer a great atmosphere.

I will not be able to check in to the James Madison Inn at game time. Will watch at the Chop House. Yes, I am a Tennessee fan.

Oh relax. It's just good natured ribbing. I would think as a Tennessee fan you would be used to that.

Wasn't rude, just pointing out that Athens is UGA country and you would definitely be out of place as a Tennessee fan. It would be like me watching the Alabama/Tennessee game in my Bama gear at a sports bar across the street from Neyland Stadium.
