Just visited the new Rivers Casino. Traveling from Milwaukee WI took less than 2 hours. We followed the billboard signs on the 294 tollway and had no problem finding it. The parking structure is huge and they have lights hanging above each individual space. The lights show red if the space is taken or green if available. This was a great way to guide you to a parking spot without driving all over the parking structure. Once inside the casino, we approached the players card table and registered for our cards. This was done quickly and we headed down the escalator to the casino floor. The casino looks much larger from the highway than it really is. It is one level and has some table games towards the center and slots all around. There is a high roller room and a section with $1 machines. We also noticed some 25 and 50 cent machines as well as video poker machines. There seems to be a lot of 2 cent machines which have any where from 30, 40 or 50 lines of play. There are not a lot of one cent machines. We did manage to play a number of the one and two cent machines with mixed results. We decided to eat at the buffet around 1:30pm. The price for lunch is high at $21.99 each (including the high tax). The food was very good and there were plenty of choices. The table service was a little slow in our opinion.
