Lakes Region towns

I am looking to plan a trip to the Lakes Region in summer. Looking into either Bridgton, Naples, or Harrison. Pros/cons to each? Looking to be on lake, not too close to the "crowds", but close enough to get to the towns and take day trips to White Mountains and Maine coast.

Sounds like you're looking for something on Long Lake. The busiest section will be at the southern tip in Naples where it meets rt. 302, known as the causeway. If you stay away from that area you should be fine crowdwise. Bridgton has the most walkable little village area and also the closest major grocery store.
