Beaches, waves, seaweed

Beaches, waves, seaweed

Hi !

Thanks in advance for any help with my questions- I grew up going to West Dennis Beach(or Chapin on the bay side), and I'm staying in S.Yarmouth, near the Ocean Mist this upcoming week. I'm assuming the beaches are pretty similar to West Dennis? How are the waves? Is it super seaweed or just need to get past it? How are Parker River Beach(can walk there) or Seastreet beach?

Thanks for any advice !

I think it depends on the day, and if there's been a storm recently as to how much seaweed there is. I've gone to Bass River beach my whole life. In the past my husband has complained that there's a lot of seaweed. This year when we were there in July there was none. I've never noticed big waves at all.
