Generally the consensus is Belagio, Wynn, and Wicked Spoon (Cosmo) as being the top three on the strip. The new Bacchanal buffet at Caesars may enter that realm as people get back to us on what it is like (although it looks expensive to me).

There are many differences of opinions on the TA LV Forum -

My Favorites are M Resort, Rio, Spice Market, Wynn and Bellargio ( although our last trips to Wynn and Bellagio were a little disappointing).

Wynn, Bellagio and Cosmo are always the top on this forum and they are right. All three are very good. The M is excellent too if you want to drive out that far. I would avoid Harrahs and MGM. Planet Hollywood is good as is Aria but not as good as the top three. Looking forward to reviews on the new Caesar's buffet.

im may we tryed aria's buffet - it was great pricey but excellent. i would like to try the new cesars buffet when we go next month. We have never been to the rio seafood buffet but would like to try. Is it worth the trip off the strip and the high price tag?

My favorite is the Sunday Sterling Brunch at Bally's. It is not big but it is quality food. Lobster, great Champagne, Caviar, Oysters, Huge Shrimp. A must for any buffet lover.

My next favorite is the Country Club at the Wynn Sunday Jazz Brunch. Its a nice buffet but they also have a made to order menu that is to die for.

I tried loads, I loved The Wicked Spoon in Cosmo and enjoyed Rio World Food Buffet, especially the stir fry cook station.

I was also suprised to find that Luxor done a very decent breakfast buffet - but as said in my review, I wouldn't go out of my way for it, I was staying in the MGM Grand and loathed the MGM Grands breakfast buffet.
