Cab, or arrange for a town car/limo if you prefer to have a driver meet you, etc.

Cab is going to be about $20 plus tip (each way). Something like an Escalade will be around $120 round trip or Limo $130, plus tip. Both are easy.

Showtime or Bell Trans have airport shuttles for under $20 per person. You could also do the VIP airport shuttle from Bell Trans which utilizes a Town Car or Limo but it's a shared ride with another party.

Have taken a cab many times to Palazzo. Cab should be $17 to $20 if they take the back route (no tunnel, no freeways). With tip, $22 to $25 for me.
