I believe some hotels offer them if you book a room package. Otherwise I think I've seen specials in past years where if you buy specially marked cans of Coke, you can get a discount if you bring the can in. I think Kroger has also offered discount tickets before. I think some of the discounts only arise later in the summer. Right now it's pretty easy for them to sell tickets since it's early in the summer and schools are just now letting out. I went by on Saturday and the lot was more full than I've ever seen it!

It's under new ownership (or in the process of being transferred). Now Cedar Fair (owners of Cedar Point amusement park and others) will own it so promotions may differ this year.

I don't think Cedar Fair is plannign on changing anything until after this season... so the usual discounts should apply for this year.

The cheapest place to get tickets is on the website. If you buy at least 3 days in advance, they are $34.99, otherwise they are $37.99.
