Not sure where you are staying, but if you have a kitchen, one of our favorite things to do is order one of the ready made dinner from Publixs. That way we can maximize our beach time and not be in the restaurant when the sun is shining. The instructions tell you how long it take to heat the meal. I pop back to the condo to put the meal in to reheat but otherwise am free to spend the day at the beach come in to a hot traditional Thanksgiving dinner with all the fixings... Not sure this is what you had in mind, but we really like doing this. Everything but the turkey comes in an oven proof pan. We buy a disposable foil pan and a roll of foil to reheat the turkey. You can feed 6 people for about $40.

The best Eat at Home meal preparations on the island is available from the Fresh Market. Harris - Teeter and Publix are close seconds.

The major hotels, Westin, Marriott, Hilton, and Crown Plaza offer excellent Buffets.

As for your list of restaurants, many of the restaurants offer a traditional thanksgiving dinner. your list is an eclectic group. I would offer these instead.Redfish, Seagrass Grill, Michael Anthony's Reilleys. or Aqua.
