You should review the resorts you may be interested in and contact them directly.There are tremendous differences between location, amenities, service, etc.

As lenk says, do your homework; there are many, many candidates in all locations. For winter, you especially want to check out indoor amenities. There are also places that cater to snowbirds with social programs, sports, trips, etc. if that is of interest.

In most cases, you will have to ask for a quote. You'll be pleasantly surprised how cheap 3-month winter rentals can be...

Some places will even thrown in a free breakfast daily and other perks.

Prices vary with quality, amenities, etc, but generally less for a winter month than a summer week.
