Brunch

Any breakfast/ lunch suggestions for a 75th birthday, ladies only on a Saturday? 8-12 people.

We are visiting Lubbock for a wedding, but need to acknowledge Grandma's 75th. Doesn't have to be amazing! but a place to hang out for a bit.

KK's craft mall on Indiana has a tea room open on Saturday. I haven't had a chance to try, but my sister said food was amazing! Might call in advance about group size though.

Also, I know it's a chain, but Le Madeleine is open now on 19th&quaker. I love it.

We ended up with the whole family joining in, so we opted for a place that could accommodate 25+ people. La Madeleine was our choice. We called ahead and they reserved a room for us. It worked out great. We also had a great area outside to take the family photo, before other customers arrived. Thanks for all your suggestions.

Also, we found the perfect birthday sweets from SugarBaker's and served it there.

I want to mention that we found Picante's on this forum as well, and enjoyed the authentic local mexican food.

Loved the tips found on TA!
