Hi The "Strip " is Ave Notra Sra del Carman and runs from CalleFuerteventura to the Shell petrol station and Calle la Galera. The music Sq is at the end just into the old town.
Thanks very Much mate.
Just to add to that very good info, the old town runs north from where the strip turns left and heads uphill as Calle Lepanto. Most of it is pedestrianised. The area along to the east from the top (the south) of the strip i.e. along Avenida Fuerteventura is full of hotels. Along that road you'll find another very active centre: El Campenario shopping centre which is open 7 days a week and very lively at the weekends. Further south, in the new Parque Natural area it goes uphill for some lovely views. It's residential up there but lots of villa lets.
The most central "in the thick of the action" hotel is Corralejo Beach - maybe a bit noisy for some but very handy.
Thanks for that great detailed info Sheila.
