Convenience to town from The Lodge at Jackson Hole

We are considering staying at The Lodge at Jackson Hole over the summer. We will only have 1 night. Is it a pain to get to downtown and find parking? Would it just be better to stay downtown?

thanks!

It is a bit further out close to the Wyoming Inn and GunBarrel restaurant. We have stayed next door at the Wyoming Inn and yes had to find parking downtown.

The past couple of times we have stayed at the 49er Quality Inn and Suites and just parked our car and walked to the square.

We stayed at the Lodge at Jackson Hole last summer and they have free car service that will take you downtown and pick you up. We also drove downtown and were able to find parking without problems, you just may be parking further away than you'd like.
