Maui Hyatt Regency Club

We will be staying at the Maui Hyatt and would like to know if anyone thinks it would be worth it to upgrade to the Regency Club rooms. They offer a breakfast but it is only a continental. Also offered in the evenings are h'or doerves and desserts. And according to the Hyatt rep, the room itself is only partial oceanview. Anyone been there just lately?

We were there in October and had the Regency Club due to being Diamond members. The breakfast is easy and good (and not just continental, really) and you avoid lines and waits at the regular breakfast spots. Not sure how much it costs to upgrade, but we used it every day quite happily.

I would call and ask the concierge.

The Club Level facilities in the Waikiki Hyatt were just awful. Very limited and boring selections for all services. They ran out of everything and would not restock it. Probably because kids were just loading up. But the selections were very uninspired and disappointing.

You pay a substantial amount more for the club level and I would want to be sure it was worth it.
