Is there any way that I can report to the Thai authorities that the a minibus at Hat Lek Thai Border point is charging B180 to Trat, when the official rate is B120?
They have repositioned the bus stop for the official B120 mini bus to Trat at the end of the road away from the border crossing.
Previously they picked up near the border crossing.
This gives the other mini bus the opportunity to "intercept" travelers to Trat and charge them the extra money, which I claim they share with the official Trat minibus drivers for their involvement.
Don't accept any bus to Trat that charges more than B120.
Go to the end of the road and insist on paying B120 to Trat.
