Can anyone suggest a place near Port Moody, to buy an Android Mobile Phone?

I have a relative that just moved to the area and she's looking for a phone on Pay As You Go system as they might be moving to the USA so doesn't want to be on a contract.

Go 10 minutes east down St. John's/Lougheed hwy to Coquitlam Centre. There are several service providers in there for phones. They will have to check with the different service providers for the deal that works best for them.
