Review of Mandarin Airlines

Co-flight with Xiamen Airlines, as a brand under Taiwan's China Airlines, Mandarin Airlines is able to maintain the quality of cabin service. The food needs improvement thou, understood that many airlines are trying to reduce cost by minimizing the food. To stand up for island of delicious food, there is no excuse to make the food taste bad of Taiwan airliners.

Very convinient to fly from Sung Shan airport which actually is located in the city of Taipei. Mandarine airlines is a very good company!

The flying time was only 1hour 5mins and the airplane took off a bit late. As it was a short flight, not much is expected of inflight meals even for business class. The cabin crew performed their duties very competently. The toilet in the Business Class however was apparently not cleaned throughly before the fligh. The toilet seat cover and the rim of the bowl were really off-putting and could pose health hazards. What a big let down!

I was first traveled by E190, the aircraft was small, it was the smallest in the Hong Kong International Airport, the weather was not that good, and the aircraft was quite small, there was turbulence during the flight, no hot drink could be served, and the feel was just like riding with a roller coaster, but the service was not very bad; flight has been changed to use 737-800 afterward, and I think passengers would be more comfortable.

Ground staff at HKG and RMQ are helpful and friendly...help us get the comfy seats and follow up my special meal even our return flight had been changed within short notice

Inflight: seats are clean and have enough space

Cabin crews are same helpful as ground staff as well as very efficient
