I had only short domestic flight, but I am really satisfied with this airline. Everything on time, new and comfortable plane. A little tip – don’t worry about small luggage allowance, excess luggage is very cheap

I've flown a lot in my life over the years, and this one takes the cake. It was supposed to be a short flight from Denpasar to Malang, but for some reason (I never learned why) we circled Malang about 20 times (I lost count after a while.) I am assuming it was because of the weather, but the one announcement that was made the hour or so that we were circling was made in Indonesia with no English translation. During our flight one of the pilots walked through the cabin area (to use the bathroom?) ... a first ever that I have seen. And the eventual descent in our prop plane was hair-raising to say the least with severe turbulence. I actually thought we might not make it. Passengers around us as we circled started to act somewhat erratically, and the airline staff did nothing to ease our nerves or to keep the passengers under control. I have no idea what part of this Wings actually had control over ... I can only say I have never experienced anything like this before in all my years.

The flight wasn't THAT bad but the flight was delqyed 2 hours without any notice at the airport etc. No one apologized at all and the seat was lame and the sight of the flight attendent is so sullen and black. Uggh. Won't recommend going with Wing Air

When booking this flight I was a little sceptical as the price was only AUD$110 return for 2 people. Compared to catching a boat to get to Lombok - the flight was definitely more time effective for us. On checking in at Bali domestic airport, we realised we hadn’t paid extra for our checked in luggage - but it wasn’t a problem as the extra 30kg was only AUD$28. The plane was small - only 70 passengers & it was a fun experience.

We have flown with lion/wings air before,and it was a disaster then too. I don't know why they schedule three flights every afternoon and only run one,but they do it on a regular basis
