We received 18.11.2017 email that our flight from Puerto Vallarta to Oaxaca 2.1.2018 is cancelled.
TAR didn`t offer an other flight or did not return our money.
I sent texmessage to the phonumber that was in email, no answer.
I sent also a message to TAR using facebook. They gave me an emailadress and same phonenumber. I sent twice emails, but no answer. My wife sent also messages, but no answer. We are still waiting for the answer.

Booked a flight for the Family through the call center. Arrived the day of the flight to find out the flight did not exist!!!! They only fly Thursdays or Saturdays. They did not offer alternate routes. Wrote an email to the appropirate department, said they would refund the money in 15 days. It's been a month no refund. Just called and they said to check back in a week.
We were booked to fly round-trip from HUX-OAX (Huatulco to Oaxaca City) on Dec 14 with return Dec 17.
The airlines suddenly canceled on us yesterday.
Their options included return trips on different weeks or giving us a flight voucher to use with their airline on a different route. I explained we are from Canada, will be on vacation, and have already paid for hotels on these dates according to our flight itinerary.
Their attitude was at best indifferent.
Furthermore, we spent about 3-days trying to book online through their website. The credit card wasn't going through, despite multiple cards, multiple attempts, and event using 'Masterpass'. We phoned them and the rep told us to call all of our credit card companies and have them authorize purchases from Mexico. We did this, but the card companies were surprised because no charges had come through and we were already authorized. I call TAR back and another rep told me they simply don't accept foreign cards. I asked him why this isn't simply stated on their website, or why the other customer rep didn't mention this. There was no response.
We will not book witih them again.
Our flight was cancelled via email with the minimum amount of time they had to tell us. 24 hours I believe. Cancelled via a two line email asking us to call. Despite a one hour phone call and then follow up email with my bank details I’m yet to receive any refund. Would never fly again with this airline.
