We had a lovely holiday in Turkey. The only negative of the holiday was choosing to fly this terrible airline.
We booked two flights with Onur air. The first flight from IST-ADB was on time and all went well, however the seating space is ridiculously small. Thankfully, it was a very short flight.
Our second flight from ASR-IST was cancelled. I was sent an email on 24 October 2017, a day before my scheduled flight informing me that the flight for the route has been cancelled from 17 October 2017 until March 2018! Why didn't the Airline let me know before the 17th October if they knew that the entire route would be temporarily stopped? I found this absolutely terrible! I had to frantically rush to find an alternative flight with another airline. This was obviously at a higher price and in fact I had to fly to SAW instead of IST.
If an airline is willing to give their customers such last minute communication without any sense of apology or concern, they don't deserve the customers.
I would strongly suggest rather flying other low cost airlines like Anadolujet, Pegasus etc.
