Terrible! Cancelled my flight 3 hours before it departed—I was already headed to the airport. Gate agents don’t actually work for Flair, so I waited on hold for two hours before I got ahold of someone. Beware the refund emails—if you’re flying to/from Canada or the EU you’re entitled to a timely paid flight on Flair OR a competitor, plus food, accommodation, and compensation up to $1000 depending on how late you arrive to your destination. The agent on the phone told us hitting the refund button cleared them of all responsibilities—not true! And of course the only flight they were offering was a full week away. I’ll probably be using a third party service to get my money back through legal channels.

Came to airport 10 hours before flight. There was a flight leaving in four hours but Flair agent would not attempt to switch our flight. The Flair agent told us to call Flair. Not easy to do when you are in a foreign country. Came back 8 hours later and was charged 100USD for not checking in online. The website said we could checkin ourselves up to 75 mins before departure time. The same Flair agent we dealt with 10 hours earlier said we could no longer checkin ourselves once Flair started checking people in. All drinks and snacks onboard are at an extra charge. All-round very disappointing.

Ah, FLAIR AIRLINES, where the cancellation fees rival the flight cost itself! In a baffling twist of fate, my attempt to cancel resulted in fees that could possibly fund a small vacation.

Not to forget the delightful hold time! Spending an hour and a half on hold felt like a scenic tour through elevator music land. Quite the unexpected thrill!

If you're into high-stakes cancellations and enjoy serenades of hold music, Flair Airlines might just be your jam. But for those seeking flights without an added side of financial surprise, maybe reconsider. Even my worst enemy deserves better!

Do not fly with this airline. My flight got cancelled 9 hours before departure. They don’t have real person you can call so I found different airline to fly back home…

So, my experience with Flair was a total mess. First, the flight got delayed. Then, out of the blue, they just canceled it, leaving us all stranded and clueless. And get this – no compensation or support whatsoever. It's like they didn't care about the chaos they caused. Honestly, spending a bit extra on a different airline seems way more worth it than dealing with Flair's drama.
