Terrible! Cancelled my flight 3 hours before it departed—I was already headed to the airport. Gate agents don’t actually work for Flair, so I waited on hold for two hours before I got ahold of someone. Beware the refund emails—if you’re flying to/from Canada or the EU you’re entitled to a timely paid flight on Flair OR a competitor, plus food, accommodation, and compensation up to $1000 depending on how late you arrive to your destination. The agent on the phone told us hitting the refund button cleared them of all responsibilities—not true! And of course the only flight they were offering was a full week away. I’ll probably be using a third party service to get my money back through legal channels.
