Great service from start to finish. Speedy check in, very quick and staff were all so polite. Boarding was great, flight was great too, took off early and landed early.

Smooth flight out on Saab 340. Arrived 10 minutes early also. Flight was very busy but felt roomy in the cabin as the seats are slim and allow maximum space. Free snacks and drinks, as well as 20kg of luggage was great... can’t wait for London Stansted flights from Derry airport to start (tomorrow) and for the manchester flight in late may. Book early for the best prices also, there is usually very good deals to be found. HIGHLY RECCOMEND :)

Check-in and travel were as good as you can get on a small airplane. The staff was friendly, the flight was punctual.

I booked a return flight to Glasgow from Derry. Flight time is approximately 25 minutes. On Friday night the scheduled departure time was the 20.15 supposing to land at 21.05 in Glasgow and we were supposed to meet our other friends at the hotel to begin our weekend. They had wisely,decided to go with easy jet from Belfast which was a third of the price and left earlier in the day but was an hour and 15 mins away. To avoid the drive I booked loganair and thought it would be reliable. No chance. The flight was delayed almost 3 hours. We didn't reach hotel until just before midnight and that was the end of Friday in Glasgow.
They threw a 7.50 voucher that we could use in the airport and the delay reason that was given in the airport was adverse weather but there was no weather warnings either side. The captain announced that it was due to aircraft issues ( tech) and staff sick (tech). Either way I wouldnt trust their lies anyway.
Returning on the Sunday we checked into Glasgow and went to gate ( no mention of delay). But guess what? Our 18.55 departure would have information at 19.30. Then the update was a 20.10 ETD and of course it eventually Departed at 20.40. Another one hour forty five minute delay. No announcements, no information, no nothing. The best was that they had to call in dot 1 to operate the flight not even a loganair aircraft or staff
It was an atr 42 instead of the saab so the seats that we were given didn't exist. The atr had less rows so it was a free for all. The in-flight information was the flight was late to the airport (jesus, like we couldn't figure that out!) but they didn't know why. Anyway, we got there eventually after losing 4.5 hours travelling with these cowboys.

They are looking to take over bmi routes to Stansted to Derry but I would steer clear of them and head for a more punctual,reliable airline from Belfast. You will not save time using them. Everyone on board said it was their last time using loganair. Poor quality especially when they charge three times the budget airlines price.

I was very sorry to note that the service received during your flights with Loganair fell short of that expected, and I would like to offer my assurances that Loganair do require our Handling Agents and staff to provide the highest standard of service to our passengers at all times and would expect this to be particularly prevalent during a disruption of this nature.

We really hope that this occasion will not deter you from using Loganair in the future and be assured we are committed to delivering a reliable service which is reflected in our on-time performance rate for our City of Derry to Glasgow route in February 2019 at 81.6% of flights departing within 5min of there scheduled departure time.

Flight was delayed by 1 hour, due to technical problems with an earlier flight.
The expected Saab 360 was replaced with a Saab 2000. This was a much larger aircraft, and much quieter. Flying time was reduced from 50 minutes to 35, so we almost made up for the delay caused by the late departure.

No food or beverage service as it was not loaded on outward flight from Aberdeen
