Due to the many flight changes I had to cancel my arrangements BUT LoganAir were really good and I received a full refund.
I realise their flights are expensive but flying direct from Edinburgh to Norwich saves all the pfaff of flying to Stansted and then getting the train to Norwich and only works out slightly dearer.

Loganair canceled the flight. No refund. I ended up losing a 1500GBP vacation because of the missed connection.
All attempts for a refund turned down.
Loganair actions resulted in total loss!!

Flights are good and reliable, however due to this being the offshore route the cost is extortionate, at times 10 times the cost from other airports to Aberdeen, they know this but are the only flight from Norwich, sadly I won't fly with them again due to the cost.

What a fantastic little airline Loganair are. I’d never really heard of them until I saw this flight advertised and I couldn’t fault the service.

Tiny little plane meant no faffing boarding or deplaning. No hidden or extra charges with a free checked bag and two cabin bags as standard. You can even have a cuppa and a snack for free during the flight (although this wasn’t available on my flight due to Covid-19).

Only one cabin crew (Charlene I think her name was) who was very friendly and helpful.

Very Covid-19 safe too.

Would definitely fly again and strongly recommend to others.

They made a huge mistake with my booking and refused to do anything to correct it. Net result? I had to spend FOUR HOURS on the phone, sixteen emails (including two to their managing director - not answered) before my flights were secure. In Shetland people described them as "a bunch of bandits" and I can see why. Inflated monopoly prices. terrible service. One of my worst ever travel experiences.
