From Pune to New Delhi & vise versa, flight delayed both of the times, less clean craft , smiling faces all around , fair services. People prefers this because of its fair charges are quite cheaper then any other flight.
Expensive food.

Travelled 1st time on AirAsia today from Kolkatta to Pune. Loved the hospitality of staff, on time arrival. Very courteous staff. Great experience.

it was a good service. the check in was smooth and also got luggage in the belt in time. but please reach the airport at least 1 nd half hour before as lots of checking are there in Srinagar airport, which is too much bothering. even if u reach airport before 1 hr 30 min, barely u can manage time. better do not take hand luggage. if within weight limit and u dont have anything very imp ad u need on board leave it with check-in luggage. otherwise, u have to open it later min 3 times before entering in the plane, which will bother u and eat ur time. well that is not their fault, its done by security. boarding was smooth. crews were good with a smile and good service. leg space was ok. WC was clean. there was no entertainment in flight, which not expected in most of the budget airways. overall a good experience. I took breakfast here which i bought before, and that was ok. the taste was good but the amount could have been a bit more. the plane was big, spacious, new and clean. overall a good experience and it was right on time.

AK68 flight from Hyd has been delayed by 3.5 hrs and missed the connecting flight to Melbourne. Counter staff at Hyderabad said the next connecting will be in 2hrs after I landed but it actually 12hrs. I missed my work have to take day off as I spent 12 hours in Malaysia airport. Most unreliable airlines. When asked for premium lounge entry to stay that 12 hrs they declined to give told me to buy. I spent extra $100 to take room in airport .
Worst airlines unreliable and staff are simply useless at the counter. Particularly in Hyderabad India

AirAsia is the worst with poor and inefficient customer support service. I requested name correction for my co passenger and submitted Adhar card as government id proof. They refused to accept it, citing it does not have DOB, but only year of birth. The passenger is a senior citizen and Adhar card as well as voter ID has only Year of Birth, not complete date of birth. Despite repeated requests via calls and emails, they are adamant. They are refusing the name correction, on the ground that I need to submit a govt id with date of birth. How can I submit ID with DOB, when it does not exist? Aren't Adhar card and voter ID legitimate IDs?
Looks like ROBOTS are operating the system, rather than human beings with some compassion and understanding. Extremely RUDE customer care service executives. Disappointing.!!
