full economy, strict luggage rules, inconvenient check-in (check-in is made in Terminal 2 and boarding (due to passport control) in Terminal 1, until we found out how it goes, it took some time), well organised very efficient boarding, very friendly and helpful staff at check-in and on board (which is nowadays a question of luck...), punctual departure and landing, small plane but well equipped (enough space and TV screen with huge choice of entertainment available). All in all: With pleasure again

First time with AZUL,there were snacks and drinks served for free.This flight were diverted from SDU to VCP then back to GIG with 1 hour delay.

This flight was taken over by Brazilian families with children who seemed to think the entire place news their hotel. Not enjoyable at all.

It was a very long flight with a layover of 6 hrs in Campinas. The service on the flight was great, flight attendants very generous and helpful. Seats were Ok . Very little english spoken but that is what you should expect from a domestic Brazilian airline.I'd recommend this airline and wish the US carriers were more like them. Their boarding process was a zoo due to their systems going down , so all seating was "open". That was kind of crazy.Other wise things worked out OK.

At the gate was fast and very organized boarding. The crew was very kind and the service up to the standards. Should improve drink and food.
