Plane was 4 hours late, so asked for Food Vaucher’s, we get 76 reals for two

Azul is a very good economy class airline, which I use regularly for work and leisure domestic flights. In this particular occasion, we flew in a very new and clean Airbus A330 airplane. Food was reasonable and crew was just about nice. We bought extra legroom, to questionable benefit. Video conveniences were up to date with good film choice. Flight information GPS programme was very modern, featuring 3D images. We reached our destination, Lisbon, Portugal, quite on schedule.

I flew to the Falls with LATAM, a One World airline, but chose to return with Azul which I generally find to be a superior airline than the other local carriers. They fly Embradier planes which feature a 2 by 2 layout which makes the cabin seem much roomier and this is enhanced by the very tasteful and comfortable grey leather seats. It is also a full service airline which provides a selection of snacks and soft drinks at no charge. Each seat has access to live television which included CNN news in English.

I had a great experience flying Azul from Rio de Janeiro to Foz do Iguaçu. The Check-in was done by mobile and it was very easy. The flight was on time. The onboard team are very kindly. The Embraer planes are very confortable.

Everything was OK during the flight, however it seems that the boarding process was a little bit of a mess. On the top of it, I think they wait for people that are late, calling them on the mic several times... I thought it was disrespectful with the passengers that were on time.
