Flight attendants were chit chatting loudly in the meals area and ignoring passengers' demand. They were not attentive and professional - too relaxed? I have no issues with them but they really need retraining. And the air in the plane is abnormally dry. One of the loos have a stained mirror which was really disgusting. This is my 4th time with Scoot but their standards have dropped so much to my horror. I might not try Scoot in future for the price of the flights I paid for.

TR617 - 4 April 2018

An event-free flight that departed on-time and arrived ahead of schedule (early by 15mins).

The crew took this plane well and served all passengers well.
The lead crew did sound a bit strict, which is really not necessary since most of us going home, after spending time in the land of smiles, would be feeling downbeat and upset as we go back to our real lives.

Not sure why these budget planes like to park the planes way out.
While we were efficiently transferred by bus to the immigration, just a foot steps away, the bus ride was really uncomfortable as everybody was squeezed into bus so as to minimise trip.

TR608 - 31 March 2018

It was the first flight of the day for this route. Pretty standards check-in procedures with passengers arriving on time, since not many shopping available at that graveyard hour. But hey, we are going to the land of smiles and the land of cheap shopping, so I guess our wallets can wait to be exercised.


Perhaps the norm for budget air, we were whisked to the plane by bus. Quite a long ride to the parking place where the aircraft was waiting to pick us all up, but the crew (despite the early hours) were all smiling, happy and willing to serve.

It was an incident-free flight that arrived ahead of schedule.
If you check FlightRadar often, you will see that TR608 has mostly been on-time, which is a good thing for this budget air.

Well piloted flight with helpful and attentive crew.

Truly awful flight. Extremely budget airline and very old plane. Dirty. No entertainment. Very uncomfortable seats and spacing. They don't even give you water on a 8.5 hour flight!!! We were soooo thirsty and uncomfortable.

We was going to fly from Bangkok to Norway. Had a transfer in Singapore for 11 hours, had to get our backpacks and check in again. Same thing in Athens. The flight from Bangkok to singapore was OK, it was only a couple of hours. But when we flew from Singapore to Athens I was very mad. There was no food or deinks included in the price of the tickets. So you had to buy WATER for an 11 hour flight. We did not have singapore $,since we did not stay in singapore. And then they said they only accepted credit card. We dont have credit cards. Its was the most thursty I have been in my life, those 11 hours. The man next to us kinldy bought us water. No TV in the flight. Such a bad flight..
