Unless you have to, don't fly with them. From a comfort point alone, it's not worth the savings you may make. I have flown with other budget carriers, but this one had the worst legroom ever. If you sit upright, your head will be about 50cm from the seat in front of you!

The only really friendly and helpful person was the young man at the luggage drop. On board the staff was clearly stressed. For a French airline to run out of wine (red and white) is quite funny. They ran out of change as well.

Also note, the online check-in has it's problems from time to time.

I paid 50 euro extra online for my hold bags and got an email confirmation. During check in they said I need to pay again. I showed them the payment confirmation and my bank statement as well but they don't care.
I waited for 1 hour, paid again and was told my previous payment would be refunded.
It was a terrible experience flying with this airline.

I usually take it on economy but this time it was in first class and you can definitively see the difference. The cabin crew were nice, food nice and even if there was a slight delay didn't really feel it and it was because of a passenger this time.

Departure with a Terrible 8h+ delay.:

The Flight was due to depart at 18h40 (PM) actually departed aftter 03h00 (AM).

Our baggage was found broken upon arrival at Berlin, with complaint made at arrival counter and subsequent follow up attempts has yielded no response. Disappointed with customer service,
