“Great airline but there is just one little thing”

Air Baltic is a great airline company with an excellent fleet, great value for the cost, and clean and comfortable seats. I am a frequent traveler, and during the last month I traveled on 9 different flights between Air Baltic, Air Canada, Alaska Airlines, Delta, and Spirit Airlines and there is always one thing that is different on an Air Baltic flight: The flight attendants are not as welcoming and pleasant as on other airlines. They greet you upon boarding and thank you when you leave (as usual) but there is generally a sense of coldness in their demeanor. On this specific flight there was an older gentlemen with knee problems and he very kindly asked to be seated in an aisle so he can get in and out. The flight attendant did accommodate him, but the displeasure on her face with this man’s request was obvious.Like I said air baltic is a great airline, I just simply wish that flight attendants were more sensitive to different people with different needs and do not treat people better or worse depending on the seating class or visual appearance.

Professional and naturally pleasant flight attendants, comfortable seats, little screens with ongoing flight data displayed to every passenger, and the best beer (made in Latvia) I’ve ever had (please note that I come from the former CzechoSlovakia - the Beer Kingdom)

My only complaint is the 8 kilo (hand luggage and handbag combined!) weight restriction. It was very upsetting to discover that no luggage was weighed. I threw so much out of my suitcase to comply.

Direct Flight from Vinius to Berlin, that's what can Air Baltic offer. Ir is very very important and Please AIR BALTIC keep on it. All other things are not so important

an outbound Flight purchased 5 months in advance was cancelled without reason and rescheduled for the day after 3 months before the departure , and then again the new outbound flight was delayed almost 3 hours on the scheduled departure time 1 month before the departure. Basically I've lost 1 day and half of my planned vacation for this inconvenience and without any explication by the airline. Then the rest was correct
