Terrible horrible airlines. My standard size carry on wasn’t allowed and I had to check it on and pay $54 dollars for it! Unnecessary!!! Delayed flight and rude staff and overall a terrible experience. Do not use this airlines.

Please fix the deteriation of your business class status. Once again, I am on a flight and witnessing very little benefit for a business class super elite traveller. Specifically, many of us fly alot, and enjoy the privacy and small benefits that come with a better atmosphere assocaited with a smaller cabin with less intrusions. I will admit, Rouge(our only choice) to punta cana is a lesser tier, but it is still a consolation prize for a decent meal, attentive service, quieter area to (work) yes, many of us do that while trying to concentrate and deal with deadlines. On this flight, non-stop washroom line-upsfrom economy(control this please), people standing in the aisles chatting with seatbelts lights on, poor drink options(no one in sight), no flight attendent for an hour. If you want to see how it is done, spend time on Delta or United. I might point out, we pay75% more for this added feature. There is a reason customers pay to stay at a fairmont and not a motel 6.
Seat was broken, knees hard up against seat in front of me. Extremely uncomfortable. Customer service is non-existent. They really don't care about their passengers and don't want to solve issues, such as changing flights because of weather. They Left my luggage in Nashville. On connecting flight to Quebec, they left my other bag in Torranto. For a lunch/snack, they gave us garlic flavored pretzels. Worst flight ever.
We had an excellent travel experience with Kusom Sanghera when we’re on AC023 from Vancouver to Osaka (3rd Oct,2024).(Joey)My wife’s vegetarian meal was not on file even we booked with our travel agent. Kusom not only helped her with a meal, she also reminded us to remind Air Canada her vegetarian meal for our return flight AC024 on the 23rd Oct . Her service made us from being upset to satisfy.

Air Canada has provided me with the WORST customer service experience I have ever had. Our flight returning home was canceled by Air Canada and turned into a 4-flight, 2-day journey with my child. To add insult to injury, multiple Air Canada service agents promised that my hotel would be reimbursed and that I would receive additional compensation for the delay. To get reimbursement, you can only go through their email system and they have absolutely NO accountability, and they are denying any reimbursement. They literally got to the point of telling me that I didn't even fly with them! Apparently they think children should sleep in an airport terminal rather than a hotel. Needless to say, I am never flying with Air Canada again and would recommend you not do so either.
