The flight from Toulouse was delayed owing to 'someone being accompanied on the flight, and not a VIP'. The delay only gave me 25 minutes to get to the second flight (Flybe) from Paris to Exeter. Ran between 2E and 2F, asked if my baggage had been transferred - checking the screen, the man said yes.
Flybe captain said we were blocked on the tarmac and were waiting for the green light, BUT we had to taxi to the other side of the airport for 15 minutes! Arrived at Exeter, no bags.
The following day at the university was abandoned as I had no papers to work with. Bag arrived around 5pm the following day.
The only positive thing was that my bags arrived in Toulouse on the way back.
Next time I will fly Easyjet to Bristol.

i have good flight and without any problem in joon fly (air france co)
this airline have a nice crew and my flight was on time and arrivel on time.but i thing cattring would be better than this

Given they are Sky Partners why is there such a difference between Air France and KLM? The planes were dirty, the crew (bar one steward) were glum and disinterested. Still on the upside it was two relatively short flights - routed via the truly dreadful Charles de Gaulle airport.

Flight fine,just a little problem with hand luggage. Seats back of plane,luggage at back, passengers did not help with amount of personal luggage. Airline staff need to sort out problem. Overall staff were very good.

We upgraded to a comfortable economy in the front of plane, but was not worth the money. No more legroom or comfortable seat it was only faster to get off the plane.
