Very disappointing as the air hostest gave everybody food except me. Admittedly I did book seat only BUT in all their advertising they say they will provide a snack. Unfortunately nothing was offered. Disappointing

We are on our first holiday in many years and when booking we decided to treat ourselves to Business Class. What a waste of money. The seating in Business Class is very ergonomically poor it was very difficult to talk to my husband as there was a permanent courtesy board between us and he was facing to the left isle and I was facing to the right isle. Not to worry we said we are going on holiday. When we came to return we had a 4 hour 30 minute stop over in Raratonga so we went to use the Air New Zealand Business Lounge only to be told they had no seating available. There was no apology just we have no available seating. Surely Air New Zealand can count how many Business Class customers they have on a particular flight and ensure they have sufficient facilities for those customers or do they just take customers money knowing they cannot provide the services they have sold. This is obtaining money by false pretenses and is very upsetting. It is for sure we will not fly Air New Zealand again.
Have previously flown with Air NZ, the experience was excellent and definitely exceeded the service and experience provided by other carriers on the same route (SYD - ZQN).
This time I had to change my flight to a different day, and even though I hadn't booked Flexi tickets, Air NZ made it very easy to do the change online for a pretty small fee.
It was done and dusted in about 5 min, and I was so impressed that I just had to leave a good review. I will be taking Air NZ for all my trans-tasman flights from now on.
Fabulous Fantastic and Faultless!! My 3rd trip in 3 years and I just had to write it's review without delay. From booking the flight, to airport kiosk check in, (fully staffed) to the inflight service and crew attention, it was very pleasurable and so professional.
I haven't had a comparable inflight meal in ages, vegetarian option was amazing- Moroccan chickpeas sweet potato with couscous with green beans and edmame, cooked to perfection and served in Bamboo dishes.
Wifi is free and the legroom very comfortable.

The only benefit of Premium Economy was a better seat. Really not worth the money. The food was mediocre, with only a single meal option. It showed how much this class of service has slipped in the last year.
