Alaska Airlines never fails me. The service is wonderful and the people seem to really care about the customers. We flew into Sacramento to attend a wedding. Had a great time and Alaska Air was a key to being able to attend. We were able to use their miles program and companion fair to get our family of 5 there and back!!

Flight was boarded on-time, left airport a little delayed but made up time in the air. The Attendants were nice and watched a "free" movie when you download the app ahead of time.

Flight leaves late enough in the day that you don't arrive Hilo in time to shop at Costco and get to your hotel. What can you do?
I like Alaska because the people are friendly, the service good, bags delivered fast, etc.

Had a flight to Kelowna via Phoenix and Seattle starting in Puerto Vallarta. Unable to get a boarding pass on line as travellers to Canada needed passport verification. We were told to be at the check in kiosk at 11:30 in PV. Nobody there. We waited in line for almost two hours. This happened again in Seattle. Very long line up for passport verification and again it took almost an hour and a half in a lineup to finally have our passports verified. Again, no electronic boarding pass could be emailed to my phone! No check in possible via kiosks as passport verification was necessary. Will not use Alaska Airlines again!!

Everything from check in to baggage pick up was exceptional. All flight personnel were attentive abd knowledgeable about the flight and destination.
