We had another great flying experience on Alaska on a recent trip to see our niece graduate from UC Davis. It was particularly smooth on the Seattle end, when the ability to print bag tags at home, drop our bags on arrival at the airport, and relax in the Board Room lounge made everything easy. The trip back was tougher, because there were just two folks checking bags, and they were do so while ignoring the long, long line of people with tagged bags waiting to drop them, in favor of people who apparently had endless problems and hadn't gotten anything done in advance like checking in or getting a bag tag. Those Sacramento Alaska personnel need some help, and better training. The flight itself was very smooth on the return trip as well.
