Afternoon waiting in line for 25 minutes they saus we only had 4minutes before cut off so they could not help ups. Then she handed us our id's and gave a blank stare like " buzz of you are late.
!"

i would love to thank jp or pj group for being so friendly, caring and took care so well if you have toddler travel with you which reflect on their company alaska airlines. its so hard to have a toddler in flight but they handle it well. im super thankful for them

We flew from PHX to ANC, changed planes in SEA, one booking directly on Alaska Air site. Our 2 checked bags did NOT arrive, did come on a later flight, but we were already at the cruise ship terminal in Whittier. The first AK Air rep told us no problem, took down all our information in detail including the cruise ship, and told us that the rep from our cruise line comes here every day, and she will take your bag, which is coming in on the next flight.

Then when we got to the cruise terminal and I called again, a different rep told me that only the customer can pick up their bags! A rep for our cruise line sent someone to the ANC airport and picked up out baggage and brought it to the cruise line before we sailed! Otherwise, we would have had almost no extra clothes for the 7 day cruise! Also, both bags were heavily damaged, one that was new is now completely unusable.

We would never fly Alaska Air again, and I cannot recommend them!

Flights for our trip both ways were fantastic but on the way home they asked for volunteers to check their carry ons. One of our carry ons was damaged. We were helped in a very reasonable amount of time and given a choice to file a claim or receive a piece of replacement luggage. Xavier/Frank was very helpful and sent us on our way with new luggage!

Flight delayed almost 2 hours so they could fix a phone charging station in first class. Landed in Seattle and had us bus to terminal which took 50 minutes. Attendants were stern and rude to some passengers. This is the 5th flight in row I’ve had a disappointing experience with Alaska… flight delays, lost luggage, sitting on tarmac, broken seat, delayed luggage, etc. I’ve been loyal to a fault but I’ll be flying other airlines from now on.
