Our flight from Salisbury Maryland to Montego Bay Jamaica was pleasant. The airline food was decent. We needed wheelchair service and it was provided and the people that handled the transport were very kind. Please keep in mind when you are in the airport's to stay out of the way of the carts that transport the people in need of wheelchair service.

Not a great experience. We were lengthily interrogated before checking in our luggage, in a rather unsettling way. We were given 3 different boarding cards at different stages, with no clear reason given. Once on board, we found the staff to be fairly morose and a bit peremptory in their manner; and the food was very ordinary and in some cases barely edible because of the poor texture and lack of flavour. The 'entertainment' was very basic and the sound quality bad.
Altogether, not many redeeming features.

The flights over to London and back were normal flights. My review is of Heathrow "departing" London. This was our first time "departing" at Heathrow. The area for check-in is small in my opinion and the area is servicing several airlines. The lack of signage and agents made the experience confusing and frustrating. Get there early and find an agent to assist you.

I was trying to get my daughter back to college and arrived at Denver International Airport at the recommended 2 hours early time. Then we waited, and waited, and waited at the ticketing counter for an agent, while an estimated 200 people lined up behind us. The ticketing agents were working very slowly and inefficiently, and if it weren't for the Kiosks, my daughter would have missed her flight. At some points, irate customers were yelling at the ticketing agents for not working faster nor taking new customers once they've processed the last customer. The agents were yelling back at them, telling them to use the Kiosk if they don't want to miss their flight. Once ticketed and processed, we asked the agent where TSA screening was and she yelled at us...scolded us...that we need to read the signs. Yet I didn't see any signs until I walked around and looked. If we ever fly out of DIA again, I will never...EVER...fly American Airlines.

The flight left on time, the crew was courteous, and we arrived on time. The leg room was a bit tight but compared to an Airbus we were in a limo. Our luggage arrived on time.
