“Awful organization of boarding”
Review of American Airlines

Reviewed January 17, 2018 via mobile

Even though we had a AA credit card and upgraded we still had a 5 boarding position. Not having flown American we saw people lining up for general boarding but had no idea as we thought the 5 was good. WRONG. The first class were first, makes sense, next 4 groups were higher AA credit card people. Then the horde of 5 we allowed. We had bulk head seats in the main cabin and aside from the clog at the gate of EVERYONE 5-9 groups, we had just enough room for our two carry ons. It was crowded, treated like cattle and never again

Could not get off the ground with American Airlines. Reservation system online is broken, forcing you to talk to an reservation agent which tacks on a $25 charge per transaction, Great scam American!

A little crowded as flight was sold out but otherwise no problem boarding or during flight. We had a lay over in Phoenix of 3.5 hrs so that was the only negative. Overall a good flight and very economical.

Airline cancelled flight w/o telling us; then basically told us to f..off. Should be consequences! It was over a 3 hour delay. My son has medical issues and gets terrorized when he feels out of control or long delays in confining spaces. There was another flight available with 1/2 the delay to a better location near our home; wouldn't consider it! SERVICE - NO!!!!! Inconsiderate management. AVOID them if you want people WHO CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS; THEY DON'T!!!

We always enjoy flying American First Class. The treatment is normally very good. We just happened to have an older grumpy flight attendant this time. She was stingy with the snacks and drinks as if they belonged to her. Never did a smile cross her face. The other attendants and crew were awesome as always.
