The flight was ok, but I pay a lot of money for these flights and they don't give us not even a snack that is worth.

What happened is that on a 3.5 hour flight, they only gave one chocholate bonbon. ONE!! And I kindly asked the flight attendant of I can get another one, to what she said: "No, we don't have enoguh bonbons." (They have huge tray with chocolates, by the way)

Wow! For the money we pay they should be more careful with us.

Compared to Air Serbia, where on two hour flight they gave us bottled water and sandwich.

Shame on Austrian Airlines. To turn down a plight for one more chockolate candy from a passanger in 3.5 hour flight.

After taking off and being in flight for almost an hour we were told that the plane has to return to Austria because there was a baggage aboard the passenger of which had not boarded the plane...
Imagine the horror of the passengers after hearing this bogus excuse.
Return we did, sever Austrian Airlines' associates met us and told us to stay at a nearby hotel until our next flight which was to be after 2 days.
I couldn't do that as my visa was expiring the same day.
So I had to stay at the airport, all night, waiting for the Austrian airlines service center to open at 5:30 so that I could find an alternative route home.
An extremely rude and hostile lady booked a flight for me to Frankfurt and eventually home. For which I am grateful to her.
I am also very grateful to on Austrian airlines associate (unfortunately didn't get his name, he had dark hair and was wearing glasses).
He treated everyone with kindness and understanding, even though everyone was angry and shouting.
He also offered me a night stay kit, for which I am also thankful. At least there was a single decent human being at that airport.
Everyone at the Austrian international airport was rude an d hostile in general.
I think josep borrell should visit this place before calling the rest of the world a "Jungle"...

Rip off canceled my Tel Aviv leg of trip no partial compensation. Then some how return leg got canceled had to pay again. Then did upgrade to economy plus supposed to have 2 checked bags and they still charged me. Con artist tip off

Extremely bad service and website. Impossible to receive your invoice in the name of a company. An inspection should be sent here.
There's an option to enter details for the invoice, but regardless of that, you still receive the wrong data on invoice. EU Inspection should be sent here.

2 flights 1 outbound and 1 inbound 1cancled and 1 delayed. That is a 100 % fail. Last time I will ever fly with this crap company, arrogance & completely incompetence. I can’t wait for the fight we will have over the refund and compensation.
