DO NOT FLY WITH THIS AIRLINE!
I was flying to go to Cambodia for work, I had a connecting flight in Bangkok and had the trip timed out nicely to land on time. This was the only flight available to allow me to land at the right time so I took it.

The plane took off 25 minutes late, I got to Bangkok airport and got no assistance from the Bangkok airways staff about my connecting flight.

I was left scrambling around an airport I didn’t know, finally got to the information desk that informed me the desk closed on my connecting flight 5 minutes prior.

I informed the lady at the information desk of the situation, she called Bangkok airways who refused to come and talk to us. They said that they were only 10 minutes late which was a lie. They then said they’re not liable due to it being a low budget flight I should have allowed more time. I allowed more than enough time if I had gotten there on time I wouldn’t have missed my flight. The lady at the information desk then said I can’t file a complaint but I can leave a suggestion in the suggestion box.

No empathy for the situation, me and my buddy left stranded in Bangkok with our hotels and plans in Cambodia in the wind as there were no more flights that day.

Overall a terrible airline, will never use them again and the food on the plane was awful. Horrible people.

Beware of the HIDDEN bag fee's at Bangkok Airport. If you take more than one bag over 20 kilo's, you will end up paying $11 us dollars per kilo to get your packages to your next destination. I was charged $330 for my two extra bags. Even prepaying the bags on my next flight, costed me over $100.

Good morning, today I checked in last minute for flight PG167 to Samui. The employee did not guarantee to me that my luggage would arrive because I checked in late due to the delay of the previous flight. In any case, the flight take off late and there was plenty of time to loading my luggage, but I did not get on arrival. But have another problem, they boarded my baggage 4 hours and several flights later, not with next flight. Consider that there is also food in the suitcase. This is only due to bad will and indifference towards the customer. You are the most expensive and least efficient company. Scandalous.

We definitely enjoyed Cambodia and Angkor, we love it until we arrived to the check-in counter at Bangkok Airway. They charged us $264 usd for additional baggage, and they were totally unreasonable. We are traveling through Japan (ANA), Vietnam (Vietnam Airlines) and Cambodia and none of the flights charged any single dollar (this is just a reference because we are not traveling with a really excessive baggage)

Not Good service at all from this airline. This must be the worst check in and flight experience , the staff at the check in was far from helpful and demanding I book hotel stay all days in the country I going to visit. I try tell that I have family there and I stay my family address , but they just kept demanding I book hotel. They also say to board the plane I must take out 200 dollars. I got on the plane that was delayed for a long time, and the plane was old and dirty , the food wasn’t eatable and the staff look like they had work for 30 hours. I will absolutely not recommend this airline, stay away! I travel with many airlines and never seen aniline this in my life.
