Second time I am using this lovely airline, I particularly appreciate their free lounge at BKK airport, their courtesy free corner in Koh Samui, offering free drinks and snacks,
the cute and so-friendly airhostess, the colorful aircrafts.
What a fantastic flights we had to and from Bangkok and Koh Samui wonderful 5 star service immaculately dressed cabin crew, in flight meals and drinks all served in 1hr 15 minutes, we will certainly be flying Bangkok Boutique Airways again
They broke my suitcase by accident.

Wil recommend to stay away from this airline and avoid flying with Bangkok Airways. I experienced very bad customer service, I never experienced that the airline demands that you book hotel for all of your trip…
They will really not care. I ask the check-in to talk with the manager, and then the check-in take the phone and did not speak English, and did not allow to talk to the manager.
It’s no conscience from this airline. Have travel a lot of times with different airlines, and never experienced unfriendly and refused customer service like this.
This airlines doesn’t know the international rules and laws about travel entries in different countries and should be accountable for it. It suprise me that an airline like this is allowed operating , still this isn’t the best price ticket, you just pay more and get less. Think twice before choose this airline, it was a nightmare from start to end.
