Terrible customer service. It took me 2 months to get in contact with their customer service team. They mishandled my luggage and didn't put it on my flight, so I ended up with none of my belongings for my trip. The airport I landed at informed me that this luggage issue happens every day with this airline.
I've never been more anxious while traveling and this has been a horrible experience.

We already flew with Bangkok Airways multiple times and were always very satisfied. Especially this time, when we accidentally left one of our Passports in the Aircraft. We immediately approached a Bangkok Airways ground staff member at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport, her name was Thatsathorn T. . She contacted the team on the airfield instantly and after only 10 minutes we had our Passport back. We were more than relieved to continue our journey back home. Thanks a lot again for your very appreciated and fast reaction Thatsathorn! Exceptional customer service :)

Our incoming flight to Bangkok was delayed and we had to reschedule… Bangkok airways staff were amazing and managed to get us on a later flight… thank you so much to the counter staff that made it happen - very appreciated

Terrible airline. If I could give 0 stars I would. Flight changed numerous times. No help from staff at all. Would not recommend this airline.

Diabolical customer service. Flight delayed 4 hours, we were left waiting at the airport all day long and they didnt care they didn’t do one thing to help. Flight time changed 4 times. No interest in putting us on an early flight of helping any way at all. Disgraceful treatment of customers. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
