Apart from the fact my screen didn't work, this is as good as it gets for a PE flight. The staff were fantastic and it's a long time since I have been able to say that about BA. They handled the faulty screen issue really well and besides giving me 5000 Avios points made sure everything else was right. Main meal at the beginning was fine, the Pretzel roll at the end was terrible but you can't have everything. Wish I had made a note of the name of our attendant as she was brilliant, great sense of humour. Overall, very good flight

Sharp frosts, light snow and risk of icing caused the flight to be delayed by nearly three hours but the flight crew kept passengers informed of progress and the cabin crew were cheerful and helpful.

Booked a holiday thru British airways for March to Torremolinos. Had a choice of flight times but just went with the cheapest, 11am take off, very easy bag drop at gatwick, had already checked in online and got our seat numbers, didn’t pay extra to select them and we was seated together. Very minimal queues, where as the check in desks did have a lot longer queues. Due to one passenger deciding not to fly his case had to be unloaded which meant a delay of 45 minutes but this wasn’t the airlines fault. We arrived only 10 minutes later than scheduled so this was good. Straight thru immigration and passport control and bags were out very quick. From getting of the plane to getting in the taxi was less than an hour.
On the journey home we went to the check in desk, waited 5 minutes, then 10 minutes or so to get thru security and just waiting for our flight, Malaga airport is quite nice, not too big, enough shops and restaurants/bars to keep you occupied until you board. Again seated together on the way home too, took off on time, laneded slightly early, bags out very quick and off we went to collect our car.
Would definitely use ba.com again, for price and service

Whenever we fly from Mumbai to Toronto and back, we prefer to fly BA, via LHR, because of its convenient flight timings, connections and service. Since we break journey at LHR, it gives us time to relax at the airport, have English breakfast at the Giraffe and do some shopping.
Both, the ground and in-flight staff/crew are very polite, courteous and helpful. However, we have one grudge that in the name of economizing and cost cutting there are certain in-flight services which have stopped over past few years.

Does what it says on the can,
Flight was late leaving but made up time.
On board catering as good as other short haul airlines
Booked early as part of a deal, so v competitively priced
T5 excellent for parking etc
